ORDINANCE NO. 80-2200
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1605, SO
AS TO AMEND THE RATE OF COMPENSATION FOR THE
CLASSIFICATION OF CITY ATTORNEY; PROVIDING
PASSAGE AS AN EMERGENCY MEASURE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1605
reading as follows:
"Bi -weekly Compensation
Minimum Maximum
City Attorney 1,331.66"
be and the same is hereby amended so as to read:
"Bi -weekly Compensation
Minimum Maximum
City Attorney 1,839.08"
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance is adopted as an emergency measure
and shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
