AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH PROVIDING FOR THE DESIGNATION OF
A CHAIRMAN AND VICE-CHAIRMAN OF THE MIAMI BEACH
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR
PASSAGE AS AN EMERGENCY MEASURE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following commissioners of the Miami Beach
Redevelopment Agency are hereby designated as the
Chairman and Vice-Chairman, respectively:
STEPHEN MUSS, CHAIRMAN
IRWIN SAWITZ, VICE-CHAIRMAN
SECTION 2 : All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance is adopted as an emergency measure
pursuant to applicable State law and Section 9 of
the Charter of the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of March , 1978 .
