AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
REZONING BLOCK 1 AND TRACT B, PARKVIEW ISLAND SUB-
DIVISION, FROM RM -60, MULTIPLE FAMILY MEDIUM DENSITY
DISTRICT AND PLACING BLOCK 1 AND TRACT B, PARKVIEW
ISLAND SUBDIVISION, IN RM -24, MULTIPLE FAMILY MEDIUM
LOW DENSITY DISTRICT OF ORDINANCE NO. 1891 OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, THE SAME BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Block 1 and. Tract B of Parkview Island, Miami Beach,
Florida, a subdivision in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2
and the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3, Township 53 South, Range 42 East,
as recorded in Plat Book 60, page 6 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, be rezoned from its current designated use of RM -60
Multiple Family Medium Density District to RM -24 Multiple Family
Medium Low Density District as provided in Zoning Ordinance No. 1891
of the City of Miami Beach.
SECTION 2: That the Zoning District Map of the City of Miami Beach
be and the same is hereby amended so as to exclude
Block 1 and Tract B, Parkview Island Subdivision from RM -60 Multiple
Family Medium Density District and to include said parcels in RM -24
Multiple Family Medium Low Density District.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall go into effect upon its..
passage in accordance with law.
