Ordinance 80-2206ORDINANCE NO. 80-2206 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 789, BEING THE CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR A ONE AND ONE-HALF PERCENT (17) SALARY INCREASE TO CLASSIFICATIONS COVERED BY THE FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE BARGAINING UNIT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR PASSAGE AS AN EMERGENCY MEASURE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1.
