AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1605, SO
AS TO AMEND THE RATE OF COMPENSATION FOR THE
CLASSIFICATION OF CITY MANAGER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1605
reading as follows:
"Bi-weekly Compensation
Minimum Maximum
City Manager 1, 455 .94"
be and the same is hereby amended so as to read:
"Bi-weekly Compensation
Minimum Maximum
City Manager 1, 915 .71"
SECTION 2 : All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 : This Ordinance shall go into effect on July 19 , 1978 .
