A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF

S TR J ICES TO THE CONFIRMATION OF
ASSESSMITT ROLLS.
STORM. SEWER DISTRICT SR-88 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-88
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in ac-
cordance with the provisions of Section 29 of the City
Charter.
NOW, THEREFOEE, BE IT RESOLVED by ,the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the said City Council
will be held at 10:00 o'clock A.11. , December 15th, 1926,
at which time all interested pereons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said roll .
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24th day of November , .D. ,
