WHaRJA3 Storm Sewer Improvements designated under
ccntr� ct with J. B. McCrary Engineering Co;:ipany hereto-
fore entered into on the 15th day of April 1925, have
beencompleted in accorc: ;nc.e with the pl,.ns and specifi-
cations covering the same, and
Q EiEAS, certificates of completion of said :work
have been -,resented by the City Engineer and approved
by the City Manager, mk:1 their recommendations made
that said work be accepted,
7OW, TTIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED _by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk be instructed to post a notice at the City Hall
of said City, and in tic) other public places in said
City, namely the Police Station and the United States
Post Office, stating that a meeting of the City Council
would be held at 10:00 o'clock A.M. , on December 15th,
at which the Council will hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the said improvements as
to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
