Resolution 1485 RESOLTJTION NO. 1485
WHER AS Mr. Joseph H. Adams has applied to the War
Department for permission to construct concrete pier
in Biscayne Bay adjoining his Belle Isla property, namely
lots 16 to 20,
Tt0W TH REPO E, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, hereby waives all
objections on the Dart of the City of ,iiami Beach to
sad proposed construction in accordance with drawings
prepared by the W. E. Brown Engineering Company, Inc. ,
to accompany said permit application, said drawings
being dated November 18th, 1926, and nunb'ered Sheet 1
of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of November, R .D.,
1926.
