DISTRICT SK»44 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-44
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
SK»44 An eight foot concrete sidewalk on the West side of
Drexel Avenue from the North line of Fourteenth Street
to a point eighty-one (81) feet South of the South line
of Espanola 'Way, asx said Avenue, Street and Way are
shown on plats recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 122 and in
Plat Book 9, Page 147' all of the Public Records of
Dade County; and as said Avenue is named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc.,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of ,abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-444 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District SK-44.
