DISTRICT SKw45 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH FLORIDA
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made : the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SK-45 A seven and one-half foot concrete sidewalk on the
East Side of Pennsylvania Avenue from the North
line of Fourteenth Street to the South line of
Espanola Way, as said Avenue, Street and 'tray are
shown on plats recorded in Flat Book No 4 , Page 122
and Plat Book 9, Page 147, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida; and as saidrrPennsylvania Avenue
is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City ,Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the reparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and pub-
lication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during conbtruction, legal services, abstracts, etc .,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-45, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost there-
of shall be designated as District SK-•45.
