Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-45, District
SK-45, and directed the City En ine. r to prepare and file
plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incident.al expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
TRERE O E, BE IT R2SOL.&D by th3 City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
posted at the door of the City Hall inthe City of Miami
Bev ch, the Police Station, end the U. S. Post Of_:'ice in the
City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Mani Beach to be held at the City
Hall in the City of Miami Beach, on the 15th day of December,
1926, at 10:00 o'clock i.il. , the City Council will hear
the remonstrances of all persons interested to the confir-
m.tion of said resolution ordering said improvement.
