SIDEWALK DISTRICT SK-46 SIDEWALK If,4P OVEMENT SK-46
JPEREAS on the 24th day of November, 1926, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as Sidewalk Improvedent SK-46, District
5K-46, 2nd directed the City Engineer to prepare and file
pi mas and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an esti,oate of the incident1
expenses, - nd the said plans and specifications m.nd estimate
of cost and estim .:te of incident-1 expenses have been-filed
by the City Engineer with the Ci t r Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, the Police Station, nd the U. S. Post Office in the
City of Miami Beach, a notice sty tin- tat at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach to be held at the City
Hall in the City of Miami Beach, on the 15th day of December,
1926, at 10:00 o'clock ;.M. , the City Council willhear
the remonstr: :_ces of A.1 persons interested to the confir-
mation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
