IEREAS, on the 24th day of November, 1926, the City
Council passed and ado)ted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as Sanitaty Sewer Improvement SR-1Q6, District
SR-106, and directed the City Engineer in 1 epare and file
plans and specifications of such im;rovenient and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental-
exp ens es,
ncidentalexpenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incident .1 expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RR�ESO-JVED by the City Council of
Miami . Beach, Florida, that the City Cleric shall cause to be
posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, the Police Station, and the U. S. Past Office in the
City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach to be held at the City
HaU in the City of Miami •Beach, on the 15th day of December,
1926, at 10:00 o 'clock .AMI., the City Council will hear
• the remonstrances of ll persons interested to the confirmation
of s aid resolution ordering said improvement.
