RESOLUTION N0. 1499
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following named persons have
by petition of twenty-five , or more , qualified electors
of said City to participate in the general election to
be held in said City on December 21st, 1926, have been
requested to be candidates for the respective offices
indicated below, each such person having been requested by
a separate petition which was filed with this City Council
not more than sixty nor less than twenty days prior to the
time for the holding of said election, to-wit :
For the office of Mayor:
