DISTIRCT SR-108 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-108
BE IT RESOL7-ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF MIA': I BEACH,
FLORIDA;
That the construction of the following described improvement is
. hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-106 -The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the center of Collins Avenue from a point
at or near the 'center of 30th Street,- and ten feet
West of the center line of said Collins Avenue, to a .
point thirty—seven and one—half feet North of the
North line of 29th Street and ten feet West of the
center- line of said Collins Avenue;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete,
Sewer Lateral from the main sewer to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property,
as a part of the main Improvement.
As said Streets and Avenue are shown on Plat recorded
in Plat Book No. 5, Page 7, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said Improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions. •
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said
ImprovemRent and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the .inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal aapviQes ,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in
conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and-
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-108, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the. cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-108.
