Morales, City Manager DATE: October 31, 2017 SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2017 -015 -JC, for Managed Print Services The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2017 -015 -JC, for Managed Print Services, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s) to assist the City in gaining control over printing output and costs, reducing paper, and converting paper-based processes into automated, digital methods that streamline and improve the City's document management system. The City will receive proposals pursuant to Phase I of this ITN on Friday, November 10, 2017. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the ITN.
