RESOLUTION NO. 1513
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAHI BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. what parts of the balustrade on the viaducts
in the County Causeway are broken down, lying scattered
about and present an obstruction to pedestrians and an
unsightly view.
2. That the Board of County Commissioners be
supplied with a copy of this resolution as a notice of
said condition and as a request that that Board cause
such parts to be removed.
