DISTRICT SK4►47 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK»47
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered. to be made: the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed finder Section 29
of the City Charter.
SK»47 A ten foot concrete sidewalk on both sides
of Twentythird Street from Collins Avenue
to Collins Canal as said Street, Avenue,
and Canal are shown on * Plats recorded in
Plat Book* 5, Page 7 and Plat Book 21, Page
31 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Twenty-third Street is
named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said Improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the prepa-
ration of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing
and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc., and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front
foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SL.47 and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District SK-47.
