RESOLUTION NO. 1515
Sidewalk District SK-117 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-47
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of December , 1926, the City
Council passed and -dopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment desicm ..ted as Sidewalk Improvement SK-47 , District SK-47,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses , and
the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and es-
timate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City Eh.d.-
neer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach , Florida., that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at
the door of the City Hall in the City Of Miami Beach, the Police
Station and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach to be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach , on
the 29th day of December , 1926, at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City
Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December , A. D. , 192=..
