DISTRICT SR-107 SANITARY SEWER ILTROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of
the City Charter.
SR-107 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurten-
ances;
,t or near the center of Vest 48th Street from
a point twoand one-half feet West of the lest
line of Lot 13, Block 11 of Nautilus Addition
produced Northerly to a point of 270 feet East
of the Last Line of Alton Road.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line •
of a-Dproximately each fifty feet of adjacent
property, as a part of the main improvement .
As said Street, Road and Addition are shown
on Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 8, Page 130,
of the Public .records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material
nature , character and size of said improvement
be subsequently determined in conformity with
one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of
said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, includ-
ing an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other sur veys, the inspection and superintender e of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and prpper in conducting the proceedings and work herein pro-
vided for ; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sanitary sewer Improvement SR-107
and the property against which assessments therefor may be
made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District
SR-107 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of l'ecember
