RESOLUTION NO. 1517
SEWER DISTRICT SR-107 SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-107
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of December , 1926, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve—
ment designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-107, District
SR-107 , and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file
plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cot thereof , includin ; an esti - to of the incidental
expenses , and the said plans and spe ifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach , Florida , that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, the
Police Station, and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami
Beach , a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council
of Miami Beach to be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach , on the 29th day of December , 1926, at 10: 00 o' clock A.
M. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution orderin said
improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December , A. D. , 1926.
