A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
REMONSTRANCES TO THE C0_TFIRMA-
TION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL.
HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-70 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-70
WHEREAS , preliminary assessment roll hes been com-
pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with the City
Clerk, on the alcove described improvement in accordance
with the provisions of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach , Florida , that the City Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with said City Charter that
a meeting of the city Council will be held at 10: 00 A. M. ,
January 5th , 1927 , et w: ich time all interested persons may
appear and file written objections to the confirmation of said
roll.
