RESOLUTION YO. 1519
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
REMONSTRANCES TO THE CONFIRIYA-
TION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL.
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-67 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-67
WHEREAS , preliminary assessment roll has been conpleted
by the City Engineer and filed by him with the City Clerk , on
the above described improvement in accordance with the provisions
of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Co,Ancil of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause notice
to be given in accordance with said City Charter that a meeting
of the City Council will be held at 10: 00 A. M. , January 5th ,
1927 , at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confiration of said roll.
PASSED ANP ADOPTED this 5th day of December , A. D. , 1926.
