District SK-47 Sidewalk Improvement SK-47
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and adopted
on the 15th day of December , 1926, ordered Sidewalk Improvement
SK-47, District SK-47 , and the City Engineer , under direction
of the City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk
plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an esti _ate of the cost of the inci-
dental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due notice by
publication as required by the City Charter has been made that
the City Council would on the 29th day of December , 1926, at
the City Hall in said City, at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , receive and
hear remorstrances of all interested persons to the confirmation
of said resolution ordering said improvement , and no remonstrances
having been presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sidewalk Improvement SK-47, District SK-47 , '
be and the same is hereby confirmed, and said City Council here-
by declares its intention to have said work done by City forces
without contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29:i day of December, A. D. , 1926.
