AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 . 1 B-6 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1891 , BEING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, SO
AS TO FIX AND PRESCRIBE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS
FOR COMMERCIAL SWIMMING POOLS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 . That Section 8 . 1 B-6 of Zoning Ordinance No . 1891
be amended by adding the following paragraph at
the end of said Section 8 . 1 B-6 :
"Minimum dimensions for commercial
swimming pools shall be 450 sq. ft. ,
with a minimum width of 15 ft. and a
minimum length of 30 ft. , and that the
walkway shall have a minimum of 4 ft.
around the pool , exclusive of the
coping . `°
SECTION 2 . All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon passage and posting as required by law.

and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said
City of Miami Beach.
