AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1891
BY REMOVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND FROM
C-1 DISTRICT AND PLACING THE SAME IN
HM USE DISTRICT , M-F 11.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 . That the following parcel of land:
LOTS 4 through 13 , AMENDED PLAT
RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 1 , BLOCK 1 , MIDr
GOLF SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat
Book 30 , at Page 19 , of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby removed from the C-1 Use District and
placed in the Hotel-Motel HM Use District and M-F 11, as said
Districts are defined and set forth in Ordinance No. 1891.
SECTION 2 . All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon
passage and posting as required by law.
