BE IT R3SOLT.0 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI MACH, FLORIDA:
1. That that plat designated "Dedication of
Portion of 'lest Twenty-eighth Street and Prairie Avenue"
executed and acknowledged by the Miami Beach Improvement
Company and the. Miami Beach Bay Shore jompany, January
12, 1927, be and the same is hereby approved and the
dedication of the highways and park shown thereon accepted.
2. That that deed of the Miami 3each Bay
Shore Company to the City of idami 3each, dated July 13,
1926, conveying land to be used for park purposes and
for widening of . stre3t, and that deed of the iiai Beach
Bay Shore Company to the City of Miami Beach, dated July
13, 1926, convaying land for park purposes only, and that
deed of the Miami jeach Bay Shore Company to the City of
Miami Beach, dated July 13, 1926, conveying land Zor park
purposes only, and the terms and conditions in said deeds
be and the same are each hereby accepted.
