RESOLUTION NO. 1532
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
REMONSTRANCES TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICTS SR-85 & 91 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
SR-85 and 91.
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been completed
by the City Engineer and filed by him with the City Clerk, on
the above described improvement in accordance with the provisions
of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
'4ity of Miami Beach , Florida, that the City Clerk cause notice
to be given in accordance with said City Charter that a meeting
of the City Council will be held at 10: 00 A. M. , February 2nd,
1927 , at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, A. D. , 1927.
