A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
REMONSTRANCES TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
HOUSE CONNECTION DISTRICTS HC-3 , HOUSE CONNECTION IMPROVE-
and 6. MENTS HC-3 , 4 and 6
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been comnleted
by the City Engineer and filed by him with the City Clerk, on
the above described improvements in accordance with the provi-
sions of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the City Clerk cause notice
to be given in accordance with said City Charter that a meeting
of the City Council will be held at 10:00 A. M. , February 2nd,
1927 , at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said roll.
