RESOLUTION NO. 1534
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
REMONSTRANUES TO THE CONFIRMA-
TION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICTS SR-90 and 92 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENTS SR-90 and 92
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been com-
pleted by the City Rigineer and filed by him with the City
Clerk, on the above described improvements in accordance
with the provisions of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the City Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with said. City Charter that
a meeting of the City Council will be held at 10: 00 A. M. ,
February 16th , 1927, at which time all interested persons
may appear and file written objections to the confirmation
of said. roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, A. D. , 1927.
