RESOLUTION NO. 1537
WHEREAS, the Peninsula Terminal Company has
applied to the War Department for permission to con-
struct a Steel Bulkhead and dredge a slip at Harbor
Terminal in Miami Beach , Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that objections
are hereby waived, on the part of the City, to said
proposed construction in accordance with drawings desig-
nated Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2 ; prepared by J. P.
Duffy, Registered Engineer, to accompany said permit
application, said drawings being dated January, 1927.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of January, A.
