RESOLUTION NO. 1538
WHEREAS, the Alton Beach Realty company has
applied, to the War Department for permission to con-,4
struct a pier in Biscayne Bay at the foot of Fourteenth
Street in Miami Beach, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that objections
are hereby waived, on the part of the City, to said rpo-
posed construction in accordance with drawings designated
Sheet 1 of 3 , Sheet 2 of 3 and Sheet 3 of 3 ) prepared by
J. P. Duffy, Registered Engineer, to accompany said per-
mit application, said drawings being dated April 20th, 1926.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of January, A. D. ,
1927.
