AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OF FIFTH
STREET TO MIAMI BEACH BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain highway shown and designated as
Fifth Street on the following described plats :
OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3 , Amended Plat
of Lots 43 to 50 , Block 111, Plat Book 14 ,
page 70 ; AQUARIUM SITE RESUBDIVISION, Plat
Book 16 , page 67 ; AQUARIUM SITE RESUBDIVISION
AMENDED, Plat Book 21 , page 83; OCEAN BEACH
ADDITION NO. 3 , RESUBDIVISION of Lots 5 and
6 , Block 103 , Plat Book 26 , page 62 ;
MUSSETTS RESUBDIVISION, Plat Book 6 , page 62 ;
McGUIRES SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 6 , page 83;
WITHAM'S RESUBDIVISION, Plat Book 9 , page 10;
OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3 , RESUBDIVISION of

of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, is hereby changed
in name and designation, and shall hereafter be known, designated
and referred to as "MIAMI BEACH BOULEVARD. "
SECTION 2 . That all ordinances , or parts of ordinances , in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 . That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of June , 1974 .

FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OF FIFTH
STREET TO MIAMI BEACH BOULEVARD.
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the
City Hall in said City on the 21st day of June, 1974,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on this the
7th day of August, 1974.
