RESOLUTION NO. 1541 A
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That the Miami Beach Beacon is a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
2nd: That said Miami Beach Beacon is hereby selected
as the newspaper in which the Tax Collector of said City
shall publish once each week, for four consecutive weeks , a
list or statement of all rel estate assessed for the year
1926 and upon which the taxes shall not have been paid before
April 1 , 1927 , which list shall be advertised according to
law, specifying the amount due on each parcel of real estate
together with the cost of advertising and expense of sale and
such real estate shall be listed in such list in the same
order in which the land was assessed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of February , A. D. : 1927.
