RESOLUTION NO. 1544
WHEREAS, Mr. B. S. McLure has applied to the War
Department for permission to construct a boat slip and
concrete seawall in Biscayne Bay adjacent to Lot 8, Block
2, Second Ocean Front Subdivision, Miami Beach, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED py the City Council
of the City. of Miami Beach, Florida, that objections are
hereby waived, on the part of the City , to said proposed
construction in accordance with a drawing designated Sheet
1 of 1, prepared by J. P. Duffy, Registered Engineer , to

I accompany said permit application, said drawing being dated
February , 1927.
