Ordinance 74-2002 ORDINANCE NO. 74-2002
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20 OF CHAPTER
17B OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, REQUIRING THE MINIMUM HOUSING AND
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY STANDARDS APPEALS BOARD
TO HOLD ONE (1) MEETING PER MONTH AND ANY
OTHER SPECIAL MEETINGS WHICH MAY BE CALLED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 20 of Chapter 17B of
the Code of the City of Miami Beach which reads :
"The Chairman shall call two (2) meetings of
the Board per month and further meetings may
be called by written notice signed by three
(3) members of the Board. "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
"The Chairman shall call at least one (1)
meeting of the Board per month and further
meetings may be called by written notice
signed by three (3) members of the Board. "
SECTION 2 . All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon passage andposting as required by law.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the
City Hall in said City on the 12th day of August, 1974
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
