RESOLUTION NO. 1545
WHEREAS, Mr. Omar Abernathy has applied to the War
Department for permission to construct a pier in Biscayne
Bay adjacent to Lot 31, Block 1, Nautilus Subdivision,
Miami Beach, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that objections are
hereby waived, on the part of the City, to said proposed
construction in accordance with drawings designated Sheet
1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2, prepared by J. P. Duffy, Regis-
tered Engineer , to accompany said permit application, said
drawingbbeing dated February, 1927.
