BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the

Charter of said City,/at a meeting of said City Council

it would hear any objections of persons interested in or
affected by the above designated improvements, as to the
acceptance thereof , and no objections having been pre-
