RESOLUTION NO. 1550
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
REMONSTRANCES TO THE CONFIRMA-
TION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
STORM SEWER DISTRICTSSR-57 and 58 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
SR-57 and 58
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been com-
pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with the City
Clerk, on the above described improvements in accordance
with the provisions of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the City Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with said City Charter that
a meeting of the City Council will be held at 10:00 A. M. ,
March 16th, 1927, at which time all interested persons may
appear and file written objections to the confirmation of
said rolls.
