A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN REMON-
STRANCES TO THE CONFIRMATION OF AS-
SESSMENT ROLLS.

SK-40 to 47, Incl.
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been com-
pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with theCity
Clerk, on the above described improvements in accordance
with the provisions of Section 29 of the City Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with orid City Charter that
a meeting of the City Council will be held at 10:00 A. M. ,
March 16th, 1927, at which time all interested persons may
appear and file written objections to the confirmation of said
rolls.
