RESOLUTION NO* 1558
SIDEWALK DISTRICTS SK-39 to SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS SK-39 to
47, Inclusive 47, Inclusive.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
met on the 16th day of March, A. D. , 1927, at 10:00 A. M. , at the
City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, pursuant to the
notice of said meeting, as per Section 29 of the City Charter , to
hear all written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary
assessment rolls of Sidewalk Districts SK-39 to 47, InclusivelSide-
walk Improvements SK-39 to 47, Inclusive, by any person whose prop-
erty is described in said preliminary assessment rol]s, and
WHEREAS, the City Council having received no written remon-
strances filed at the confirmation of the said preliminary rolls
by any person whose property is described in said rolls,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, the prima facie assessments rolls as indicated on said pre-
liminary assessment rolls, be and are , in all things confirmed and
sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described
therein.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sums and amounts assessed
against each of the lots or parcels of ground described in said
preliminary assessment rolls, and the sums afltrfnst each of the
lots or parcels of ground therein set forth are less than the amounts
each lot or parcel of ground is benefited by said improvements, and
that the total cost of said various improvements in the following
sums:
SK-39 $1,304.85
SK-40 1,061.85
SK-41 1,269.25
SK-42 2,332.54
SK-43 6o3.41
sx-44 748.08
SK-45 777.05

SK-14.7 1,672.10
are hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ten (10) days after the date
of this confirmation of said assessment rolls) the same be deliver-
ed to the City Clerk of said City and said City Clerk is hereby
ordered, thirty (30) days after the date of this resolution to
make collection of the assessments therein as required by law.
