RESOLUTION NO. 1562
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
REMONSTRANCES TO THE CONFIRMA-
TION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
STORM SEWER DISTRICT SR-59 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-59
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been completed
by the City Engineer and filed by him with the City Clerk, on
the above described improvement in accordance with the provi-
sions of Section 29 of the City Charter .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause notice
to be given in accordance with said City Charter that a meeting
of the City Council will be held at 10. 00 A. M. , April 6th,
1927, at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, A. D. , 1927.
