RESOLUTION NO. 1564
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS
NOS. 1427 AND 1441.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, deems it inadvisable at the present time
to proceed with the construction of the ocean front
boardwalk previously contemplated for Lummus Park,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH , FLORIDA, THAT Resolution No.
1427 , passed and adopted on June 30th , 1926 and Resolution
No. 1441 , passed and adopted on August 4th, 1926, be and
the same are hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March , A. D. ,
1927.
