RESOLUTION NO. 1567
BULKHEAD DISTRICT BH-1 BULKHEAD IMPROVEMENT BH-1
WHEREAS, the City QuncilDf the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, met on the 16th day of March, A. D. , 1927 , at 10:00
A. M. , at the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
pursuant to the notice of said meeting as per Section 29 of
the City Charter to hear all written objections to the confir-
mation of the supplementary assessment made by Resolution No.
1553 , passed and adopted by the City Council at their meeting
held Fe'cruaty 16th, 1927 , by any person whose property is de
scribed in said resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council having received no written re-
monstrances filed to the confirmation of the said supplementary
assessment by any person whose property is described in said
resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the supplementary assessment , as indicated in said
resolution above referred to , be and the same is hereby in all
things confirmed and sustained against said property described
therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum and amount assessed
against said property, as described in said resolution, is less
than the amount said parcel of ground is benefited by said im-
provement and the said supplementary assessment in the amount of
$543.33 is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ten days after the date of
this confirmation of said supplementary assessment that same
be delivered to the City Clerk of said City and said City Clerk
is hereby ordered thirty days after the date of this resolution
to make collection of the supplementary assessment therein as
required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, A. D. , 1927.
