RESOLUTION NO.1568
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICTS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
SR-102, 103 , 106 to 108, Incl. SR-102, 103 , 106 to 108, Incl.
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been com-
pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with the City Clerk,
on the above described improvements in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause notice
to be given in accordance with said City Charter that a meeting
of the City Council will be held at 10: 00 A. M. , April 6th ,
1927, at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, A. D. , 1927.
