Ordinance 74-2021 ORDINANCE NO. 74-2021
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH REDUCING
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FEE FOR RACING
INFORMATION (TIP SHEETS) , AND PROVIDING
FOR ADOPTION AS AN EMERGENCY MEASURE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 20-17 of Chapter 20 of
the Code of the City of Miami Beach reading as follows :
" (161.1) RACING INFORMATION (Tip Sheets) . . . 1, 000. 00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
" (161 .1) RACING INFORMATION (Tip Sheets) . . . 369 . 00" .
SECTION 2 . This ordinance &hall go into effect as of September
30 , 1974 .
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4 . That the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, having found and determined that a public
emergency exists affecting life, health, property or public
safety, this Ordinance is hereby adopted as an emergency
measure and shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.

City of Miami Beach.
