ORDINANCE NO. 80-2244
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH FLORIDA EXTENDING THE DURATION OF THE
CITY'S EMERGENCY LOITERING AND GUN -CONTROL
ORDINANCES THROUGH FEBRUARY 17, 1981.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 Section 7 of Ordinance No. 80-2235 is hereby amended
to read:
SECTION 7 EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION. This ordinance
shall take effect immediately and shall con-
tinue in force and effect until resended;-amended-er-meditied
bp-the-Ety-Eemmssei17-but-n-ire-event-skaii-it-He-extended
fer-ieae3er-than-69-days7 February 17, 1981.
SECTION 2 Section 9 of Ordinance No. 80-2236 is hereby amended
to read:
SECTION 9 EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION. This ordinance is
enacted as an emergency measure to take effect
immediately, and shall expire v4thi11-69-days-hereat7 on February
17, 1981.
PASSED and ADOPTED as an emergency measure this 17th day
of December, 1980.
