ORDINANCE NO. 81--2245
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20, OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH: REPEALING SECTION 20-17,
SUB -SECTION (40) REGARDING CABARET LICENSE FEES,
AND SUB -SECTION (142) REGARDING NIGHT CLUB LICENSE
FEES; PROVIDING FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE VENDOR
REGULATORY LICENSE FEES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 20, Section 20-17, Sub -sections (40)
and (142) be and are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2:

(4A) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE VENDOR LICENSE FEES (REGULATORY):
That Chapter 20, Section 20-17 be amended by the
addition of a new sub -section (4A) to read as
Establishments selling beer and
wine for consumption on premises
(no food) $100.00
Establishments selling beer, wine
and liquor for consumption on
premises $750.00
Extra -hour establishments selling
beer, wine and/or liquor for con-
sumption on premises $2500.00
SECTION 3: SEVERABILITY. If any section, sub -section, sentence,
clause, phrase or portion of this Ordinance is, for
any reason, held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of compe-
tent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct
and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the valid-
ity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance.

in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby re -
This Ordinance shall go into effect upon its
passage in accordance with law.
