AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA
AMENDING SECTION 41-47(e) OF THE MIAMI BEACH CODE,
RELATING TO RESORT TAX EXEMPTIONS, TO LIMIT EXEMP-
TIONS TO THOSE GRANTED UNDER SECTION 212.03 OF THE
STATE REVENUE ACT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 Section 41-47(e) of the Miami Beach Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 41-47(e) All premises and all transactions exempted under
the provisions of Section 212.03, Florida Statutes,
1965.
SECTION 2 This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
