DISTRICT SK-49 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-49
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA.
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter,
SK-49 A four and one—half foot Concrete Sidewalk on
West Avenue, on the East side, from Sixth Street
to the North line of Lot 15, Block 2 of Fleetwood
Subdivision; and on the West side from the said
Sixth Street to the North line of Lot 9, Block 1
of the said Fleetwood Subdivision; as said Street,
Avenue, and Subdivision are shown on Plat recorded
in Plat Book No. 14, Page No. 60, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifica—
tions df said imuovemen;t and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of piiiiminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceed—
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during con
struction, legal services, abstracts , etc , and any
other expenses necessary andiproper in conducting
the proceedings, end work herein provided for; and
• the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceed—
ings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement
SK-49, and the property against which assessments
therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SK-49.
